Notes:

William Hosford was born in England date unknown. He married Florence Hayward in Beaminster, Dorsetshire on 21 Jan 1620/21. She was baptized in Beaminster on 14 Apr 1594.

William and Florence migrated to the colonies in 1633, settling in Dorchester. In 1635 he moved to Windsor.

Florence died at Windsor 20 Aug 1641.

William remarried by 1650 to Jane, the widow of Henry Foulkes.

About 1654 William returned to England without his wife Jane, with the hope that she would join him at a later date. Which she did in 1655 or 1656.

Sometime after 1655, William Hosford died in England. His widow Jane died in England sometime after 15 Jan 1671.
