  Notes from JDS--This guy I suspect might have been a Wilhelm Hirstein born about 1747 that appears as a single 20 year-old in the Norka FSL. He was single when he came over from Luebeck to Oranienbaum in 1766. Though he's older than the Ohlberg girl I think he married, I can see no other Hirstein/Herstein in FSL's or the 1798 Volga Census that would suggest anyone else. I think this guy may well have married some woman, she died, and then he remarried to the Ohlberg girl, presumably relocating to Kukkus at that time, if not before.
