  David Maxfield's birth date from his death record would place his birth to when his father was married to Acenath Young. This would conflict with the New Hampshire birth record of 18 Jan 1803 for David, son of Joshua and Sarah. I suspect that the death record is incorrect in regards to the birth date. It is also possible that the 1803 David died young and his name was reused by Joshua and his second wife.
