According to Tuscola County Probate records (packet 1-89) Lucinda and her husband Jesse Fox were named guardians to the younger children, Thomas, Harriet and Jesse Z in 1866.

I have found online trees stating Lucinda was born in Somerset, Pennsylvania. I have not been able to find source information for this location.
