See estimation under marriage. Marriage There having been no issues regarding the legitimacy of his children, Heribert was married. However, Baldwin, the source most unwilling to surmise, states that Heribert's wife or wives are unknown. [2] Cawley notes that Heribert, Count of Vermandois married Lietgardis. [1] Since Heribert's children were born between, say 880 and 890, his marriage to their mother may be estimated to be about the year 879 and their mother was then born, say 860.
