Katherine Kolitsch Yates Obituary

MALTA • Katherine Kolitsch Yates passed away on Friday Nov. 15, 2013. She was born July 24, 1923 in Great Falls, Mont. to Victor and Anna H. Haladay. In 1942, she married Glen E. Clifton and they had two children, Susan and John. They were later divorced. In 1962, she married Willard Moss Yates, and took on 10 stepchildren; Carol, Genni, Yvonne, Judy, Angely, Irene, Kirtland, Henry, Effie and Debbie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a baby brother, a favorite uncle, her son John, stepdaughter Yvonne, two grandchildren and both husbands. She is survived by her daughter Susan, nine stepchildren, daughter in law Dianne, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013 at Calls Fort Cemetery in Honeyville, Utah.

Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until noon Wednesday at the Malta 1st Ward Building, Church Street and 4th in Malta. Arrangements are under the direction of the Morrison Payne Funeral Home, 321 East Main Street in Burley.

JOHN LAURENCE CLIFTON
CORINNE John Laurence Clifton, Sr. passed away Saturday, March 6, 2004.

He is survived by his wife Dianne, daughters: Leslie and Samantha; seven grandchildren; parents Glen Clifton and Katherine Yates; a sister, Susan Nutt; many nieces and nephews and a son John Jr. of a former marriage.

Services will be Wednesday, February 10 at 10 a.m. at Myers Mortuary in Brigham City. Friends may call Wednesday 9:15 to 9:45 a.m.

Interment will be in the Calls Fort Cemetery with Military Honors accorded by VFW Post #1695.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to help pay for the funeral.
